Approximately 6-7 blocks from the Errington General Store on a no through road.
Your immediate neighbour is a working fella that's
early to bed and early to rise...His vehicle has a "distinctive" sound. Good as an alarm clock...EVERY morning at 7:30am, except weekends!
Combination kitchen/bedrm/livingroom. Island in kitchen area containing double sink plus eating space. Two suitable-sized stools in place if needed.
Separate utility room at entrance containing a 32 gallon
water heater/panel box with room to store boots and
hang coats.
Good sized washroom. Full size tub/shower.
Rent includes:
-Hydro/Hot Water
-Internet
Electric heat that more then does the trick
in this extremely well insulated and skirted
building...
Propane for cooking will be yours to supply.
Garbage will cost you $3.00 per container
every other week. Recycling cost's you nothing!
Rent is $850.00, first and
last month as damage deposit, required.
Half on the 1st and 1/2 on the 15th is acceptable
through an automatic deposit system.
Space saving Futon in as new condition is currently in place as is new area carpet Open to discussion about...as is any
pet you may want to move in with you...
