WANTED: Shared studio space with 12.5 foot tall ceilings in Coombs, British Columbia

My name is Kris and I am a professional commercial artist looking to find an existing space that I could share with someone as a studio in Nanaimo, Nanoose, or Ladysmith. I need a wall space that is 12.5 feet tall by 16 feet wide, or preferably 24 feet wide. I create murals on 4 by 8 panels that are stacked on large "easels" that can lean against any wall. The photos below show my setup for the last shared studio I rented.
