I am a single F, active 71 year's young, , retired, pension, non-smoker.
I do have a small non-shedding, well-mannered dog, she is 12, very social.
We are seeking a private legal suite, with access to some green space.
Basic Utilities Included, furnished also we would consider.
Would like to move back to Victoria for the remaining of my years.
To be closer to all amenities.
(Would also consider a longer term house-sit for the winter for rent reduction)
